After two decades in enterprise software I can now build the products I could once only describe, sometimes in the same day. Haygood Ideas is where those ideas meet real business problems. Read the story Over the years I watched a good number of my ideas come to market, built by somebody else. I took that to mean what it obviously meant: the ideas were sound. I simply did not have the means to act on them. Now I can turn an idea into a working product, sometimes in the same day. It feels a great deal like a superpower. What I am actually good at is noticing. I go through an ordinary day and register the small frictions most people have trained themselves to ignore, and I can turn one of those into a product idea almost immediately. Two decades in enterprise software taught me the rest: what genuinely has to be assembled for an idea to become a real thing that real people pay for. Artificial intelligence closed the last gap. Everywhere my own understanding ran out, it filled in. The bottleneck was never the ideas or the judgement. It was the ability and the means to bring them to life. That strain is gone. I view Haygood Ideas the way I always have: an idea factory. Perhaps one day for other people's ideas, not only my own.
